spatts, I've been searching but I can't find your basic template for WSB? Obviously I've found and am familiar with the typical WSB template and 9 week beginners routine, and I know your's doesn't differ that much...

I'm in the process of considering how I will organise my training once I finish my current block and get back from the beach in July, and I don't think I can ignore WSB any longer!

(From one type of studying to another... Fortunately I've got my microeconomics down-pat for tomorrow's final :D)

Zander...the Training Methods Sticky up top has the WSB outline in it. Actually 3. It has Dave Tate's 9 week beginner routine, another 4 month starter routine for more experienced lifters (both in the first post), and then a review/outline of what WE do toward the end.

that post that spatts is refering to is where my routine came from. i dont really use anything from the 4 month starter. but i follow dave's 9week routein, adding in spatts routien of 2 main movements everyworkout. i love it and cant rave enough about it.

X

The Westside sticky is great :)

My routine is going to be a combination of the 9 week one and spatts' template, much like yours X.

I can't wait to get started. July 6 can't come soon enough!
