Soy vs. Milk

I already posted this on the Women's Discussion Board, but thought I'd give it a try over here also. Anyway, I recently read an article stating how bad soy is for people and that it can actually cause hypothyorid-type symptons in consumers. (I will attach the site below). Has anybody else heard this? It's so confusing with all this conflicting information. One day something is good for you and the next it's not. The article also states how these soy companies try to hide the facts from us because it's such a profitable market right now. I also heard that soy contains estrogen and wondered if this would hinder goals to lean out. Any info or input from ya'll would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Hmmmmmmmmm...i never heard that before. i think i'm just going to go back to drinking plain old milk....even though i got really hooked on soy and can't stand the taste of milk anymore.

Yeah, there's an element in soy (can't remember the name) which has a very similar molecular makeup to estrogen.... which we all know, is catabolic....

That's why it's not too good for bodybuilders.
