Soy Protein Anti-testosterone?

I recently read that Soy Protein works against your testosterone and actually blindsides your ability to grow muscle. I mix it up, WHEY and SOY, sometimes more WHEY sometimes more SOY..anyone have any thoughts????
 
I personally don't really believe that. It depends on which amino acids are in which type of particular protein. There are 22 amino acids I believe.
Anyway, Whey is usually reguarded as the best for weightlifting because it absorbs into the bloodstream within 30 minutes.
The FDA reccomends 25g of soy protein a day to help fight heart disease and certain cancers. I love soy protein...
But theres so many different types of proteins. I was reading about it yesterday in a chemistry book, because there are so many different amino acids, the structural combinations of proteins are virtually limitless.
 
Soy isn't anti-T, but pro-estrogen. Will give you man-breasts and probably can't help with lifting. I stay away from it.

25g of soy a day is rediculous and there are probably other things you can eat instead (or not eat) to reduce the heart disease, etc.

Besides, soy is made of people.
 
Soy should be put on Schedule 1.

Im sure my puberty gyno (childhood gyno actually) was caused by eating so much of those damn BK cheesburgers made from soy. I remember catching gyno at age 8 or 9 and never went away even after shredding my childhood/adolescence fat.

Still at that point I didnt think it could have been the soy.

But then in Nov2001, I did a sust/nolva cycle using soy powder protein as supplement and gyno got worse. Im sure it was the soy coz nolva always helps perfectly for my test cycles

Stay away from that shit, its for women.
