Pullups are normally meant to develop triceps and back right? Chins are for biceps and back, yes? Well, in the SEAL training routine

http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/brent2.htm

it outlines the running, cycling/swimming, then pushups pullups and situps/crunches...

Wouldn't it be more sensible to do chins instead of pulls since you work triceps in pushups already? Just curious what you guys think. Though, I do sometimes hear that biceps are more of just a show muscle compared to the others.

both pull-ups and chins are desined for your back and your bis, there is no way I know that pull-ups are for tris.....

Different muscle groups must be worked though, right? I mean, pullups are alot harder to do than chinups for me (same width grip and everything too). Why is this?

they work slightly different groups, but the reason it is harder is mostly due to the part that the leverage scheme is different. hence making it harder since you are put at a disadvantage
