Although Im ALWAYS hungry sometimes I dont feel like eating at all but Im very strict with my BB goals and in my mind I have to eat every 2,5hr/3hrs. Sometimes I dont feel like eating although its time to eat. We all know that we must eat a protein/carb meal 1hr/1,30hr after the PW shake but sometime I dont feel like eating at all. Today was one of these days. I workout, I drink my PW shake and after 1hr or so I didnt feel like eating so I only ate an apple with no protein... My ? is: should I force myself to eat if I dont feel like it?
