Say u had access to a homegym and you wanted to get stronger REAL FAST...
Do you think in theory it would work if you did like a set an hour with low volume say 3 reps and weight that really wouldn't kill you with an exercise like bench...

So at the end of the day your doing say 8-10 sets of 3 at a weight that doesn;t burn you out as in say 80% of your 3 rep max.

Would this make you stronger faster? in theory?

i dont know about that really. my view is that youre just teasing your muscle all day long. you give it a little, then stop. give a little, then stop. i knwo you want strength, but im sure this will definitely not make you any bigger. there will be no hypertrophy.
i say just attack the muscle group, and immediately feed yourself quality calories. dont forget to sleep...

Well maybe as something to potentiate the CNS...
I wonder how much more weight you can do just by that kinda of adaption...

Its called greasing the groove, there is an article about this on dragondoor. Some guy did this with his bench, and it blew up huge in one year

do you think your penis would like it if your girlfriend sucked you for a minute than stopped for 5. then sucked for a minute more, and then stopped for five minutes. and on and on and on for a few hours. i'm not sure that's the healthy way about it.

then again, maybe my anaology is way off.

Ha ha ha.

Hey, maybe you should think about the hormone response to lifting, and to the hormone levels throughout the day. I dont know much about this stuff yet, but your hormone levels do change throughout the day, and when you do lift, both testosterone [anabolic] and cortisol [catabolic] hormones get released.

There is a whole big physiological response to lifting... so just make sure you dont attempt to do more lifting, even low volume, if your timing it off...
