Okay - i need someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong....

I eat 6 meals a day - around 1100-1300 calories. No carbs all protein and fat - good fats of course.

Cardio 5 days a week and i lift 5 days abs twice a week....

What the hell? I'm doing everything im supposed to - cardio in the morning - Whats the deal not enough cals?? Too many?

I'm trying to lose fat.

Unless your very small already, 1100-1300 cals sounds like too few calories. Please elaborate on your current height/weight.

Oh no - I am about 140 pounds 5'5 - disgusting.

i am 23% bf. how many calories should I get???? Am I not doing enough cardio or should I not worry about that???

I have always been struggling with this - I've always been athletic but in my head its hard to eat so much I'm afraid that I'll get fat.......

My goal is to lose about 15 pounds of fat.

What kind of diet should I be on? I've done okay with a strict low carb diet - but I dont think i do to good on a ckd.

please help me. :( I used to be in such good shape and I still am - underneath all this!

lets say you wanna reach 120lbs
i'm assuming now that you're say 25 years old with a regular office job
you'll need to consume around 1700 calories to maintain that weight so you should be looking at eating around 1500-1700 calories per day

no offence but you claim to be eating 1100-1300 calories per day, unless you have a medical condition you should theoretically lose weight on that unless you've fallen in a trap alot of people make when they count calories and make counting errors and thus under report their caloric intake or food intake per day.

I would suggest you eat 5-6 meals per day, drink plenty of water.
A suggested meal plan would look like this:

1. 1/2 cup oats. Scoop protein powder, egg whites
2. Tuna salad with EFAs
3. pre workout (small yam or oatmeal with some protein or a myoplex lite mrp)
4. Post workout - Post workout shake constituting of about 25g whey protein and 40g max high glycemic carbs (just mix your whey with gatorade or something)
5. Grilled Chicken breast or salmon etc, 1 cup steamed veggies (brocolli, green beans, spinach etc)
6. (optional) 1 tsp of natty pb

oh well i just add up the calories that I'm eating. Its not that I'm not losing weight. I am its just that I've only lost 3% bf in the last 5 months??

theres got to be something im not doing a better way.....

If you use t3 on a low cal diet without an anabolic, you will probably lose muscle, which will make you gain fat and decrease your metabolism in the long run.

I think quite a few people told you that. Do you ever search your own posts to see who has responded? Either you're asking for advice and not taking it, or you're just not getting the answers in the first place.

babyface -i'll follow a diet plan like that if you think it will work for me.

Im freakin disgusting. Im desperate. Its got to be my diet. I need a strict plan to follow for the next couple months.
