I am taking Liquid t3

before I started taking it i was on a keto diet.

Should I remain on the diet - or should I follow a low fat diet?

Should I continue to count calories or does it not matter.

I currently eat 1,000 calories a day

please help me

thank you

No i dont mind at all. I weigh 140. I am trying to get those last stubborn pounds to go - im basically in a starvation diet so i thought the t3 would help but.........i dont know HOW to eat now.

you didn't like ckd?

I think you're asking for trouble if you keep your calories that low. I don't care how much t3 or eca/nyc you take, your metabolism is going to come to a screeching halt.

if you aren't into doing the ckd diet then I advise you to eat a very boring diet of veggies, turkey, chicken, tuna, lean beef, small servings of brown rice, organic wheat bread and essential fats and lots of water. NEVER NEVER mix fats and high GI carbs, you're just asking to gain fat.

You need to determine your needed number of calories, from reading mr X 12 cals per pound is a good number to use for weight loss. with that in mind, you need to carefully measure your food (www.fitday.com is a great help in counting calories) so you stay within your caloric intake level.

Remember this isn't going to happen overnight. The body loves to hold on to fat. If you go too extreme you'll cause more harm than good and wind up gaining that weight back very quickly once you eat as you normally would.

I'm trying the CKD diet currently, it's been 2 weeks and I'm down 10 lbs.

I by no means am an expert, and I'm hoping other people will chime in. You also might get some good feedback from the womans board as well, they're pretty helpful over there.

Yes I like the CKD diet - I have a hard time eating that much. I will add one more meal. I eat six times a day and all that jazz - i still have a hard time i have issues with food. :( I have issues with my body too. :(

you had a hard time eating that much? are you saying it was too much food? or that you didn't feel comfortable eating that much. I personally don't get very full off of it, so I have to refrain from eating too much. As for body issues, pretty much everyone on here has body issues, either real or perceived. Don't sweat it. Just be patient and disciplined. That is the key. Either be serious about it or don't bother trying.

its that i'm not comfortable eating that much. I dont get too much food - no. I dont get full off it either. I'm serious. And disciplined.

good, the forget the starvation diet. it won't work. go back to doing a ckd and plan your meals out throughout the day. or try a clean diet of no junk food and monitor your calories.

i second the Nature boy, starvation diets always backfire on you. Eat more, try to add muscle because the more muscle you add the more calories your body will burn. Be carefull with T3 too, it can fuck you up for the rest of your life.-Josh
