Question 1: John Holmes was making around 1000$ per scenes at the end of his career (thats before he started to prooduce his own shit). But most porn actors were probably making 20 times less, but I dunno how much he was paid at the beginning when he was know as John Wad or something like that. As for Seka, I remember something 4-5 years ago about her pay check, at the end she was making 2-3 times more money than Holmes. She was offered a huge amount of money (cant remember how much) to come back for a guest appearance in a movie but refused.....
