Here are some pics of me. I've currently been working out for around 2 weeks now. I've done a little working out in the past but would always end up quiting. This time, however, I plan on keeping up. Well I'm mainly doing this to look good but I'm also doing this to get stronger for tennis and I also run 5-K Cross Country for my High School. I would just your guys input on things like what should I be doing and stuff. Should I be bulking right now or should I be cutting or what? Some input would be great and feel free to post whatever you want. Oh yeah, I'm 5'11'' and weigh 141 pounds.

ok...... cutting ? NOOOOOOOO !!! Bulking YESSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!

since I see your watching the food network, I will say this

EAT !!! and train for size...... I am assuming you are 18 or younger but that is all I can say to you. You need to be heavier then 140 at 5'11, you want to aim for 175 - 185........ but that will come with age and proper eating and lifting techniques

EAT EAT EAT......... LIFT LIFT LIFT

and do not even think about steroids !!!

is that acne on your stomach and chest ?

exfoliate a couple times a week.......and shower right after you workout.

and you can trim the hair on your legs with some clippers with like the #3 guard, it will make your legs look much better !!!

Well, I think that if your goals are sports oriented for tennis and distance running, you really need to ask very good coaches in those sports, respectively, about what training and eating regimen will get you in ideal condition for those sports. Their are lots of body builders and people who train with the goal of getting a bodybuilder or model's body. However, if you are training for sports other factors such as endurance, flexibility, sideward mobility, etc come into play, and the body builders' workouts and eating will most likely not be the optimum for your goals.

I hope this helped some. =-)

holy shit...man eat!! you are too thin. try some high protien meals through out the day and look into some wieght gainer.

Alright man, listen everyone has to start somewhere...I was in your shoes once at age 18 I was 6'1 135 lbs. Not exactly what you would call massive. Currently I am 24 still 6'1 and 205 lbs.

My advice to you would be Squat, Deadlift, Row, and Incline Bench. I am not a big fan of flat presses for pure muscular development. Stick to compound lifts with a little accessory work thrown in. Eat as clean as possible and as much as possible. Have a post-workout shake that consists of 100 g's Dextrose, 80g's of Hydrolyzed Whey and 5-10 g's of BCAA's. If it isn't bolted to the ground you need to either lift it or eat it. Good luck.
