at the moment i am not as big as i used to be a couple of months ago but i have trained solidly for 2ish years and lightly before that. i have tried to mix up my routine and improved diet but i feel i am nearing my genetic potential and want to recoup the mass i had which i lost due to my transition from skool to university.

i'm only doing 500mg a week test-e and i feel it is relatively safe.
its nice to know that you guys have my best interests at heart tho :-)

I doubt that you are reaching your genetic peak. You have just got past the point where gains come so easily........this happens to everybody. Just out of interest, how much are you eating? Give me an approx. calorie count. Not eating enough is a common problem.

BTW the genetic potential argument is generally bogus. Nobody has the ability to work out their genetic potential.........even a top geneticist could not do this for you.

Genetics...

I have genetics...Mental Genetics...

Too young for gear IMO...you've got a long way to go before you should consider gear.

You are only 19 and ifyou got to where you are naturally now, think what a nother few years of natural lifting with do for ya?

Just my 2 cents

I agree with guards, but you look amazing in your pics. You don't need the juice, don't sell yourself short.

I totally agree with everyone that you shouldn't start juicin'. I lifted on and off from when I was 20 to about 23. I was always stuck right around 150 to 160lbs. So I would always just give up and figure I am just stuck being small. I finally got smart and became a diehard gym freak. All I did was eat, eat, eat, and lift like crazy. Within the first year I gained 18 solid pounds while still having a six pack. I had a build just like yours and now my arms have grown up to 19 1/4 and I currently am at 215lbs. I had a great bulking winter and am looking to lean down to like 200 for the summer. I have never touched any AS nor do I feel I want to. I down tons of quality foods and tons of protein. Tuna is your friend. So, don't give in so quickly and say you are at your genetic potential. Push yourself past your plateau with heavy lifts and heavy amounts of food. Good luck!

you cant compare weights or anything like that, it is very dependant on height.
at my height ur saying u peaked at about 15 and a bit stone and i can tell you now that i dont believe that could be achieved naturally. i am way below the average height.

"I lifted on and off from when I was 20 to about 23"
u cant compare yourself to me at all, and i find it offensive that you compare on and off training to what i do. at the gyms i use i see people in that age bracket occasionaly go, then when they do they just sit around and talk a do the odd thing then you dont see them for a month then they are back again.

you have a build quite similar to mine, only you've got better abs. also, you look bigger than 154 IMO. (you can take that as a compliment)
