Taking it between meals is what I'm wondering too. Was going to research it tonight.

Given that only a 3-4 g dose appears to required at any time, its not going to be too expensive.

Certainly if it works its clean bulking to the max given I'm not even sure it has calories per wikipedia

Its really cheap so i have a little in my drinks that i sip on during the day at work. I usually mix up 1 liter water, some crystal light, 10 or 15 g BCAA and 10 or 15 grams glutamine to sip on over the course of a few hours.

I have 2 of these drinks during the workday. Keeps me good and hydrated too of course.
