Some advice for Xenedrine please...

I am starting Xenedrine on monday. I was thinking of taking one pill before cardio in the morning, and one pill before my workout later on in the day. I also take Optimum whey twice a day seperate from meals, and PROM3 protein after my workouts. Does this sound good? Do i need to change my diet, or will the Xenedrine take care of its job by itself?
 
Xenadrine won't do jack-shit if your diet isn't clean.

Start with the dosage you suggested - and then work your way up to the recommended dosage.....taking one or two pills daily might get you buzzed for a workout but it won't lead to the boost in metabolism that you're probably after if you're taking an e/c/a stack.

Also, I wouldn't take ProM3 post-workout (because it's a casein/album/whey blend - designed to be absorbed gradually by your body). This is not what you want after working out - instead I would take the plain old optimum whey post-workout (because it's faster absorbing than ProM3).
 
OK...

So what is an e/c/a stack anyway? What fat burner could i get that would boost my energy and motabolism, so i could more effectivly burn fat? I have low bodyfat already (8-9%) so it isnt going to be easy. I dont want to have to alter my diet too much. I always eat eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, probably some kind of freezerfood for lunch or a sandwich, and a pretty good dinner. I take protein twice in between there and a protein after my workouts. I think im gonna switch positions with the ProM3 and Optimum Whey as Stryc suggested. Any other suggestions?
 
Sorry if I confused you....

Xenadrine is an e/c/a stack - (e/c/a stands for ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin) and it's just as effective as any other thermogenic on the market as far as raising metabolism, etc., is concerned. My point was that to see the metabolic effects you need to ingest a specific amount of ephedrine on a daily basis.

Anything under 75mg and you probably won't be getting the full thermogenic benefits....

One or two caps a day is not going to cut it - and this should not be construed as meaning that "more is better"....but there is definitely an optimal dosage - as well as an upper limit.
