I'm just starting out training seriously after messing about with weights at home for years when I was younger. I want to work legs and I actually enjoy working them but I'm concerned about:
1. Having trouble fitting into trousers and needing tailor made clothes
2. If my legs get "too big" they might chafe constantly by rubbing together
3. Is it necessary to have a spotter while doing squats? I don't have a training partner and would have difficulty asking a stranger in the gym for a spot
Are these legitimate concerns / problems?
