I have been reading the boards for a long time now and it is my first time posting. You guys are all full of great information and I have learned a lot.
I started getting serious about training about 6 months ago and I have really made some major changes to my body. However, I feel like it is time to take it up a notch. I want to start taking something, not sure what yet, to help me lean up. I have NO problem gaining muscle. My body reacts great to building, I am just afraid of being bulky.
What products do would you suggest I research first before I decide what to do? I am not interested in any hard steriods, just a little help leaning up. Can you help?
