There is a radio station here who hired a laywer to try and get this guy......Its a scam and lots of people called in with the same email.......delete it

So how does the scam work?

Not sure, I wasn't listening too closely, one guy had a motorcycle and the wording was the same except motorcycle was inserted instead of car. The lawyer contacted the guy and tried to set up a conference call and the guy refused but they are staying in touch. Something about the cashiers check I think.....I will pay more attention and see if I can get some info. I do know that at least 10 people called with the same email. Some of them said they had their car or motorcycle or whatever on EBAY. Sorry I can't help but the radio station is the Russ Martin show in Dallas on 105.3.....http://www.russmartin.com/. He will respond to emails cause i've email him before and got a response pretty quick.

Why the fuck would someone send me this email when there not serious about buying the car?

you should send him your banking details and a blank sheet of paper with your signature on the bottom right...... just to make sure the 22K gets deposited correctly in your account.
