i wanna lose this fat already!!
im about to start clen/t3...
anyone got some tips on a good diet?
help is appreciated...

Don’t start clen/t3 till your diet and workout plan are in order, and then when you really but really hit a weight loss plateau, added these. Fat loss is simple, calories in - calories out = deficit = weight loss, it’s a bit more complex then that but you have to start with a sound base

Post your diet and exercise regiment and we will be able to help you more

Going to move this to the Diet Board so you'll get more responses....

Good luck to you!

What do you eat now?
How is your training?
Any medical issues?
What are your Stats ...

I recommend giving the details to get some

i wouldn't mind having some of that good stuff, but i'm finding if you get the diet going and add in cardio + weights + willingness you'll do quite well. The only stim i have in my possession right now is plain ole coffee, and it's doing the job.

im eating pretty well, low cal, low carb, most of my carbs are fruits and veggies
45 minute cardio in the morning and lift at night
no medical issues at all.
200 pounds 16 percent body fat now

every 3 hours,
1- 2eggs
2- tuna and salad
3- chicken breast
4- grilled fish
5- tuna

:( fruits and veggies all the time and 2 shakes a day

about how many cals per day because portion sizes look a bit too small for you, ex would be meal 1 you should beef it up some, speaking of which add a little red meat to the shopping list. also might be lacking in some quality fat, throw in some olive oil and flax/fish oil. And what kind of veggies and fruits? Veggies should be mostly fiberous and fruit eaten sparingly or saved for an occasion like preworkout or maybe part of cheat meal.

Your cals seem LOW. Can you put it into a free counter JUST to give us an idea of what you're eating macro wise? www.fitday.com is free
* Where is the fat?
* Why this very low carb?
* Portion sizes my friend... what are they? 6,8,10 oz?
* Any of that meat processed?
* Salad dressing? Hopefully some mixed greens or spinach, not just lettuce?
* What KIND of fruits? Berries, Green Apple, banana?
* What kind of shakes? Where to they fit in the meal plan? Pre/Post Workout?
* What kind of Veggies? Yummy green ones?
