Danielson... he didn't post here?? LOL

Well, I met to say my lateral quad down NEAR my knee... not my actual knee myself... I apologize for any confusion.

I am not sure exactly what it may be... I'm not sure if my FAN can result in this sort of tender feeling in my quad... especially where I am unable to even squat down without weight.

What about the injury part? Its not an injury. Believe me I know injury.

It is the same knee that I blew out when I was 13. I had my ACL reconstruction and I rehabbed for 4 months. I had to ice it after every stupid rehab session. I know that I would ice it if I ever injured it. I put heat on it if I sleep with it out from underneath the covers.

well good for you, i had the same surgery a year ago....i was just offering up a piece of information.

It may. You never know. After all, anything is possible. Is the Prime Minister really coming into New York?

The Prime Minister is in many places at many times... yes... it is true... it's true. Although, I don't think I'll be there for that workout. :)

Good to hear that it isn't anything lasting bro. I am going to go out on a limb here and say that the fan probably didn't do that to the leg man. A 5-10mph breeze won't aggrevate pulled muscles.
