so hungry after cardio

always do cardio am..mix it up w HIIT, interval and brisk walking. I am always so
hungry after cardio..its not like this with weights though... i eat practically the same three meals after both workouts, yet seem to be unsatisfied after, if ive done cardio.
Im still cutting so, should i consider taking an antisup or just eat more until im full??
 
Lots of times I get hungry on the way to the gym or in the middle of my morning workout (cardio or weights) but I 've noticed it more when my carbs are low the day before. I wake up, get dressed, take my supplements and drink my coffee on the way to the gym. The supplements and java make me a little queasy if I didn't eat enough the day before but I am hyped and I get a good workout. I used to eat egg whites first thing and then take supps. I am going to go back to that. I think diet, glucose levels, PMS and hormonal changes and stress (emotion and physical) play a role in the hunger thing for me.
 
i wait an hour before my first meal.
post cardio meals;

1. 6-8 egg whites, oats and sweet potato
2. turkey, broccolli and sweet potato
3. chicken and brocolli (sometimes i use teaspoon of flax here)
