on the go b/t meals. i'm on the go a lot these days and sometimes forget to eat...okay alot of times forget.....like today.

other than protein bars and peanuts. looking for stuff that will fit into my purse. shopping list?

Between meals?
Hmm, Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, a rice cake, almonds, raw nuts with dried fruit. water, lol!
 
I am a big fan of tuna patties/burger, homemade.

They freeze and travel well.

I also like oat cakes.

Tins of tuna and salmon. I can't manage to eat them out of the tin, but if you can, you are really set.
 
You can make them, I mostly buy them. They are a traditional Scottish food and quite easy to find in the UK.

They are available in the US, probably from health food shops.

Nairn's herb and pumpkin seed are awesome.

You can also make your own protein flapjacks.
 
what about fruit and yogurt?

Yes, that's why I suggested all berries, which has antioxidants. However, too much fruit is basically too much sugar. Better off with too much veggies..
