Tatyana Elite Mentor Mar 16, 2009 #6 You can make them, I mostly buy them. They are a traditional Scottish food and quite easy to find in the UK. They are available in the US, probably from health food shops. Nairn's herb and pumpkin seed are awesome. You can also make your own protein flapjacks.
