arms... i do everything in a pyramid
i do straight bar curls, dumbell curls, french presses, rope pushdowns, the dumbells raised out to the sides for shoulders, raised in front of me for shoulders... trying to think of anything else i do...
any suggestions are appreciated
diet wasn't good today... i was very tired and couldn't eat a lot.. then ended up crashing for 5 hrs instead of gym... been busy at school.
tomorrow i'm hitting the gym.
