If memory serves, this is how it should be done: (This is for tren pellets)
1) Add ingredient to magic solution, in an open topped vial/bottle big enough to swirl it around in until it dissolves.
2) Add 5 or 10 mL less of oil than I want to end up with in the final product. (Saving the rest for later steps.)
3) When mixture is uniform, run it through a coffee filter nested inside of a funnel. Material will accumulate at the bottom, which I will squeeze as much oil out of as possible. Then run some of the oil that was set aside through the filter, and squeeze again. (Oil is being filtered and funneled in to another open topped container. At this point it is not sterile.)
4) Draw all of it in to a giant syringe, then remove the pin from the syringe. Replace pin with a .22 filter and a new pin. (already aware of the .22 and .45 pros and cons.)
5) Run through .22 filter in to a sealed, sterile vial. After it has all been run through, the last few mL's of oil that were set aside earlier will then be ran through the filter.
6) Let it sit in boiling water for a bit (with a pin in the top so the bottle doesn't explode.) Now you should have a sterile product. Setting it in water and bringing it to a boil is a matter of personal preference. Taking this extra step is deemed prudent by some, unnecessary by others, I happen to deem it prudent.
