my arms. somethings gotta change, these things dont grow. Im an ecto, 5'9", 190lbs 10% BF. deadlifting 325x6 benchin 225x15 and squatting 315x4 but my arms are probably like 15 or 16 inches. they dont look small in pics but i lack tricep size a lot......even though i can do weighted dips with 3 45lb plates and rep them for 6.

what can i do to make them grow? I hardly do isolation work on my tris besides heavy dips once in a while. I figure my bench would make my arms grow but fuck it aint happenin, what can i do to implement a massive arm growing workout in my routine?

thanks bros, oh and btw im fuckin pissed jus filled out a money order and accidentally put the wrong name on it so i crossed it out and put the right name on it, i call customer service and they say its void and that it takes 65 days to get a refund. fuck people sometimes some stupid bitch was on the other line and i jus cussed at her the whole time, it is supposed to pay for a ticket god damnit!

Stick with the routine i suggested. Your arms should be killing and pumped after your workouts and grow. When i really blasted my arms and put all my effort into them they grew a little over an inch in about a month and a half.
 
yea im doing that routine, its working good. my strength is actually increasing and im in PCT.

i havent done the tri workout yet though so ill give your routine everytihng i got for a month and let you know. my diet has cleaned up too, 3 eggs every morning with ww bread and milk, protein shakes, ww bread sandwiches with ANPB, brown rice more milk, and beans and another protein shake.
 
I have this problem too, my bi's are 14 inch @ 180lbs LOL. 13 inch forearms, 15.5 inch calves, 24.5 inch thighs, 43.5 inch chest and 15.5 inch neck...
 
If your arms were going to grow, they would have by now. The fact is, you lack the genetics that would enable them to respond like other parts of your body. It's the way it is, and why bodybuilding is such a fascinating sport. No one has everything. In your case, it's arms.

heavy narrow grip bench and heavy skull crushers (french press) for triceps

cheat curls, heavy deadlifts, weighed narrow grip pullups for biceps

yes!!!! underhand narrow pullups are sick for biceps! I did these so much in my first months of training!
 
From your picture it looks as if your arms are proportionate to your body. In addition to the direct arm routines, I would suggest focusing on increasing your dead lift, squat, and clean & jerk in order to increase total body mass. Jerks for reps can be very demanding on the shoulders and triceps.

hmm never have done clean and jerks, but ill add those in. I guess its in my genetics to have small arms, but theres gotta be something to add size to these guys. its mainly my tris, my bis are pretty big.

and alcatraz wtf am i then? i was 100lbs freshman year in highschool, you think im en endo or meso? highly unlikely,
 
Meso! lol u gained some good weight thru your cycle, tracked ur progress.. good job. What weight do you want to end up at?

if your arms don't respond to certain exercises or methods, switch it up, either it be volume, intensity, etc...

i wanna end up at 195 so only 7 more lbs but be single digit BF. I know once i get there its the diet that will keep me low but i need another bulking cycle and then cut to 195.

people always said that your arms will grow with squats and deadlifts, well my squats and deadlifts went up 80lbs each and my arms barely grew. ill start some high volume work or somethin
 
i put the last 2" on my bi's with almost no direct work. i may have curled 2 times in the last 6 months. maybe your tri's are being worked to much? if adding doesnt work then try taking some away.

hahah u were a skinny fuck...no worries i was to. I don't know if triceps respond well to high volume, someone correct me if i'm wrong. either lay offf the arms or dedicate a day once a week to arms if they are underworked.
 
i'll tell you my situation glad.

i've had beastly legs in high school during football. some of the strongest on my team. but a very weak chest (which i barely worked out) (squatted 3 times a week in high school). Never worked out arms much. just stuck to compound lifts. My arms are a measly 15.5 inches. Everyone notices my triceps, but my biceps never had any genetic "peak".

Use weak-point training and joe weider describes in his book, "ultimate bodybuilding". That guy trained arnold, ferrigno, and many others.

What im doing now is working calves and Bi's every monday and friday with my 5x5. I focus on trisetting them, or just doing ladders from 35-30lbs all the way down to 2.5lbs with no rest. I have gained a good amount doing this. Remember to feel the muscle you are working out and have a good muscle-mind connection. Visualize your biceps like mountains like arnold did. See them getting bigger everyday and they will.

check out tom venturo's ebook, "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". it's amazing and i can't stop reading it bro. It's really a fantastic book. type in torrents for it and get it for free and read it. This book will take your knowledge on diet to another level....

I'm cutting up glad, but i recently "broke" my penis friday. Still didn't stop me from doing to the gym. Anyways if it turns out okay my cutting will still go well and i will post pics early august.

My arms are 19in with no pump at the house. I hardly do much direct bicep work at all. But have always made it a point to get a tricep workout in.
After my Chest routine or after my Shoulder routine I do 3 sets of heavy seated dip machine at 20 reps each. Then I do 3 sets of heavy skull crushers and finish with 3 sets of rope or ez bar pushdowns on a cable.
I prefer the seated dip machine because I can focus on tris without it attacking my chest or shoulders too much.
My bicep work is very minimal because it kills my elbows and shoulders. I might do a few sets of a seated preacher hammer strength machine after my back routine but thats about it.

But for you size and body weight your arms are not small, your avatar has you looking solid bro!
 
Thanks for the replies guys, i think my problem is that i dont train them hard enough. Not my bis, my tris.

triceps are 2/3 of your arm right? well right now id say my arm is 50/50 bicep/tricep

I have never really tried hitting tris hard so that could just be the problem. My bis are naturally big. ill try hittin them hard with skullcrushers and dips and see how that goes

Start pinning in your triceps when you can. Mine get nice and swollen then I work them out to get a blood pump in them and it stretches them some more. Just one of the things Iv'e done to get my arms to grow when stagnated. People who use synthol are usually stretching out the Facsia which makes more room inside the muscle wall to grow more muscle. I have never used synthol but I figure putting some test in there twice a week might do somthing similar although no where near as radical. It's got my stubborn arms another inch in the last 9 months.

shit, that seems harsh but ill try that next cycle lol. seems to make sense, i know the oil gets dispersed but it is there at first.

could it be that i have genetically smaller triceps?
