Ladies:
I am posting this on behalf of my wife. Sorry if this is not the best place to post this.
She is currently doing the Slim 4 Life program. It's all well and good, but the supps are WAY expensive. One in particular is Omega Slim, which is an Omega 3/EFA supp. I have been looking for something that compares to what is in this, but I am having a hard time with the Omega 6 portion that is in there. 2 caps contain 310mg of Omega 3s and 180mg of Omega 6s. Just looking for any opinions either way on a suitable substitute or any opinions on Omega 6s. TIA for your help.
