Skinny guy needs help on steroid cycle

Hi everybody,

To start off, I just turned 21 years old. im quit tall (1.88m) and i weigh atm 78 kilo's.
I started to train with weights when i was 17 because i was extremely skinny and everybody calls me a skinny fag and points on how skinny i am.

I bought a home gym / set of weights and started training nearly every day, without many results ofc.
Used to be a promising soccer player but fucked it up because i wasn't strong enough, especially my skinny legs...

Here is a picture of about 2 years ago before i joined a gym and started taking nutrition such as creatine and proteine shakes.


My nephew is a natural bodybuilder and he lets me train with him since a couple of months.
I have been going to a gym and training at home hardcore for 2 years now.

In 2 years i went from 69 kilo to 78-79.. so i gained about 10 kg.

Trying to eat as much good food as i can, unfortunaly my stomach can't resist tons of food.
And it's very hard to gain weight for me. I try to eat tons of healthy stuff.
It's also hard to use a 100% proper diet because i go to school and still live with my mom.

Im currently using celltech and mass gainers as supplements.. supplements cost me a shit load of money though. And i barely gain mass/muscle. I am happy with my gains i made so far but i wanto make process and to be honest i don't want to wait another 5 years to have the body i desire.

I would like to try a steroid cycle to gain alot of lean muscle. I dont want to be huge but my
final purpose is to achieve the (fitness model look) or whatever you call it.

After doing a lot of research i was thinking of trying a 6 week winstrol 50 mg only oral with pct of 4 weeks nolva 2 (40mg) 2 (20mg).
Alot of people say it's better to inject but if my mom finds out she gonna kill me, so i'd rather try oral for the first time, easier to hide.

Is there any advice / critics you can give me?

Ive red alot of posts like this and a lot of people say to not use steroids because your not ready for it etc. But im really sure of using them, im sick of being called a skinny fag all my life.
Ive tried tons of stuff to change it, and the outcome still isn't what i desire.

Prepare to get some harsh responses... Im too tired right now but i will just say that steroids are not what you need... You are making a HUGE mistake and if your going to be a hard head and do them anyway then your going to learn the hard way... Bro if you want to quit being called a skinny fag then man the fuck up and do something about it... Ive seen guys locked up that are way smaller than you punk guys three times their size... Steroids are not what you need... You need to fix your diet and training...

I was expecting this, I train 5 times a week with my nephew, my training schedule is very good.. Plus i train at home..

I have been using a diet schedule to gain mass for 7 months which ive gotten from a personal trainer.. including oat meal, grains, milk, blueberries, ...
I still eat tons of stuff on busy school days and still try to eat stuff from the schedule..
It's the best i can do..

Also im very healthy, i nearly never drink, don't smoke, no drugs,..

Why would it be that bad for me?
 
Why you shouldnt juice.

1) Patience, you just started training. This shit takes decades. And I mean decades not years. Keep building a very solid base before even thinking about fucking with your hormones.

2) You are still young. You are just now starting to become a man. Give it time and your test levels will be through the roof in a few years and you can put on some serious man meat.

3) You cant still be living with your mommy and expect to be doing a steroid cycle. WTF is wrong with you. If you are not man enough to be living on your own or have the financial capability to be living on your own, then you definately can not afford this life style.

4) Bodybuilding is expensive as shit so prep your wallet!!!!! You are complaining about having to buy some cell tech and cell mass? Ha that is a joke right? What about all the food you are going to have to buy? What about all the support supps you are going to have to buy for your on cycle support as well as your PCT and not to mention the cost for blood work.

5) AAS is not magic. Buy taking a cycle you will not magically change into the hulk that you are dreaming of. IT takes many many many years and many cycles. It is something that you have to be in the right mental capacity for and have the right amount of experience and training for.

6) Your looking for the easy way out. as Dylan said. MAN THE FUCK UP AND DO THE FOLLOWING FOR 5 YEARS.

GET BIG PROGRAM
1 LIFT HEAVY ASS WEIGHT WITH PROPER FORM TILL FAILURE, YES THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR SQUATS DEADLIFT AND BENCH PRESS

3 REST AND TAKE 2-3 DAYS OFF A WEEK TO ALLOW TO GROW..

after 45 yrs in this field i'll tell you what, Quit Wasting your money on supplements, What you need is food.
so you're hitting the weights hard but after a few months you get discourage because there hasn't been much change in your body,the first thing that comes to mind is "steroids" NO NO NO! Forget it!!!Why? Because you're doing something wrong that even steroids will not cure, the most anabolic substance you can put in your body is FOOD!But what food? Here i'm going to list 20 superfoods you can eat to burn fat and build soild muscle.
To build muscle & lose fat, you need a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Eating protein helps building & maintaining muscle. But it also helps fat loss: protein has a higher thermic effect than carbs/fats.

Eating fats also helps fat loss: your body holds fat if you don’t eat fats. Fruits & veggies contain vitamins & minerals, necessary for recovery from your workouts. And carbs fuel your muscles so you feel full of energy at the gym.

Lots of you struggle to get these foods. Sometimes because you’re too busy or sometimes because you just lack information. This list will help you — 20 super foods you need to build muscle & lose fat.


1. Whole Eggs. Cheap & rich source of protein: 7g/egg. The yolk contains most nutrients: half the protein, vitamins A/D/E and cholesterol to naturally increase your testosterone levels.

Don’t worry about cholesterol in eggs. Dietary cholesterol isn’t bound to blood cholesterol. If you have bad cholesterol, lower your body fat rather than throwing the yolk away.


2. Fish Oil. Reduces inflammation (joints/skin), lowers body fat and increases testosterone levels. You need 9000mg EPA/DHA per day. Since you’ll probably struggle to get that from eating fatty fish, consider a fish oil supplement.

5. Yogurt. Contain bacteria that improve your gastrointestinal health. Don’t buy frozen yogurt or yogurt with added sugar and fruits at the bottom. Get plain low fat yogurt. Eat it with berries & flax seeds.

7. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 70% monounsaturated fats that protect against heart diseases and cancer. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil to your salads. Buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil: it contains more polyphenols and tastes better.


8. Mixed Nuts. Contain mono- & polyunsaturated fats, proteins, fiber, vitamin E, zinc, potassium, magnesium, etc. Mixed nuts are caloric dense, great if you’re a skinny guy who wants to gain weight.

10. Broccoli. High in cancer-fighting phytochemicals and anti-estrogenic indoles. Broccoli is also high in soluble fiber and low calorie, helping fat loss. Eat other cruciferous vegetables for a change: cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower, kale, …


11. Spinach. One of the most alkaline foods. Spinach prevents muscle & bone loss, but also cancer and heart diseases because of its high nutrient profile. Try one of the spinach recipes I shared a while back.


12. Turkey. If you don’t believe saturated fat is good for you, try white turkey. The leanest beef has about 4.5g saturated fat/100g, while white turkey has close to 0g (that why it’s so dry). Eat turkey with spinach & quinoa.


13. Quinoa. South American “king of grains”. Quinoa is higher in fiber & protein than rice or oats, tastes a lot better and is gluten free. Buy the whiter grain, it’s better quality. Eat it post workout with meat & spinach.


14. Oats. Reduce cholesterol, provide you with low-gi carbs for energy, and high in soluble fiber. Try this post workout shake of whey & oats.


15. Tomatoes. High in lycopene, which prevents cancer. The lycopene in tomato paste is 4 times more bioavailable than in fresh tomatoes. Have pizza or pasta with tomato sauce & olive oil post strength training.


16. Oranges. Vitamin C to fight diseases, magnesium to lower blood pressure, anti-oxidant beta-carotenes, etc. Quit drinking processed orange juice which often has added sugars. Eat oranges or make your own orange juice.


17. Apples. Pectin in apples helps weight loss by increasing satiety. Apples are also the strongest antioxidiant after cranberries (eat the peels). Unfortunately apples are one of the most pesticide-contaminated fruits. Go organic.


18. Carrots. Their huge vitamin A content improves eye-health, especially night vision. Carrots are also rich in fiber, low calorie and taste good, even raw.


19. Water. Your body holds water if you don’t drink enough. Drinking prevents water retention, helps muscle recovery and prevents dehydration from strength training. Get a brita filter and drink 2 cups of water with each meal.


20. Green Tea. Strong antioxidant and natural diuretic. Green tea also speeds up fat loss, prevents cancer and improves blood sugar & circulation. Drink green tea in the morning instead of coffee. Real green tea, not the teabags.


Putting it All Together. Eat proteins, veggies, fruits & fats every 3 hours. 2 cups water with each meal. Carbs post workout only. Junk food 10% of the time. Get stronger in the meanwhile and you’ll build muscle and burn fat.

I've trained many people like yourself and if done Properly its easy to put on 50-60 lbs of muscle in a year, But! You gotta pay your dues and be dedicated, Don't Skip the gym just because you don't feel like it.

you are a NEWB right now and you need to learn the basics. once you get to another level you can worry about supplements. you really think 100g of a protein shake is the same as a 35g of a chicken breast? not even close.

read the link in my signature below on bulking diet.. i condensed it to be simple .. follow that.

i saw your pic, you can make all the bullshit excuses you want about how you are naturally skinny blah blah blah. i weighed 115 pounds going into high school. i was skinny as hell, kids would laugh at me when i tried out for football, obviously those guys had terrific genetics and I did not.. I ended up playing D1 football 4 years later after working out hard and eating good 2 straight years. I was in the weight room even on saturdays and all summer even though it was NOT a requirement during the offseason. I ended up winning 1st place in my county and 8th in my state in weightlifting. so bust your ass and learn how to eat. I never touched steroids or even considered them. at your age you don't need them at all to make amazing progress
 
well said Steve, I did the exact same thing, sometimes training for up to 3 hrs, Did i overtrain? Probably, But that process gave me a willingness and determination to get where i am today and the thought of Steroids was never on my mind.
 
I disagree completely about supplements. They aren't a waste of money if they're the RIGHT supplements.

Having said that, anyone who says they can't gain weight no matter what simply isn;t eating enough. End of story. Drinking a 1000 calorie shake and passing on dinner because you're full is just stupid.

Your cycle sucks. Nolvadex is shit. Stop. Learn some more. If you did everything you;re doing now and added UNLEASHED, GEAR, BRIDGE and n2BULK before bed and added 6 eggs and a bag of nuts to your diet everyday, you'd be at least 5 pounds heavier in a month.

So, no excuses.
