How would skating be as cardio? for now.. Rollerblading.. I am much lighter than I used to be.. (still not there), and feel I can start trying to kill myself with insanity, in the form of tricks, with rollerblading.. I used to be pretty heavy into it.. but could never do much.. Would this be a good form of cardio? I was fucking around tonight.. jumping and running around.. almost felt like skating the shit i was jumping off of and turning.. So I really want to do this agian. if I can find my skates.. What do you guys think?
