Side effects of Nolvadex?

DIRTDART

New member
Has anyone ever had any of the negative side effects from Nolvi? I am talking the rapid heartbeat and difficulty breathing. Also, is the another Anti-E to take instead of Nolvi that anyone who has had side effects has taken and is fine using. Maybe some letro but dont want to use it if its gonna do the same as the Nolvi. All input is appreciated.

I was not aware that Nolva could produce these side effects. Is there any chance they could be from something else?

Someone can probably anwser your question better and suggest a subsitute if you describe what your cycle looks like and what, if any, gyno signs you are having that prompted you to take the Nolva.

Nolva is not an anti-e, it just blocks some of the gyno effects of estrogen by binding to estrogen receptors in your breast tissue. The amount of estrogen in your system is not reduced.

Not sure if nolva would be considered an anti-e, but adex and femera are. Nolva can lead to strokes and blood clots from what I've read. I think the risk is extremely low, but a risk none the less. I'm no Dr. but if I had a thought that there is something wrong, I would discontinue use. What is your cycle, could be from test or something.

hey,
thanks for the info so far. My cycle is 1 ml BD Tren Depot every third day and 1 cc BD test cyp every 4 days. I was taking the nolvi to prevent the gyno and block any estrogen. I'm in my 5th week of the cycle and was doing fine on the Tren and the Cyp. A week after I started the Nolvi I slowly got a cough, then slight heart palpatations. By the end of 7 days I had an irratic heartbeat shooting from 74 beats a minute up to 210 beats a minute. I stopped the Nolvi 3 days ago and am slowly loosing the palpatations. I am taking aspirin to thin my bllod in case of clots and have a follow up with a heart doctor this week. My initial visit with him was unconclusive and he was mystified, all the labs were good and he though maybe blood clots but couldny find any. These actually are signs and symptoms of Nolvi. In some cases, especially males this can happen. I looked on Bodybuilding.com to find out the most about them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks....

Is it even possible for a 36yr old, 217lb, male to reach that heart rate...210bpm?!? Maybe a humming bird. Are you sure it was tomaxifan citrate and not cocaine?
I love Testolactone (teslac) but no body seems to talk about it anymore. Maybe because the fools have it classified as a C-III? BTY The boys above are right about Nolvadex and it technically is NOT an anti-E...it only competes at the receptor site..your serum E level will still be elivated....so when you stop taking it...beware of growing BTs!

268lbs may be the first culprit combined with all that gear. At least a gram every week, correct? I never had a problem with Nolva, and it never stimulated my heart and I dont think Nolva could. I'd hate to think you got the wrong compound sent to you.

I am 268 LBS. But I dont think its the problem because I stay at around 12 percent BF and do cardio EOD (running, hiking, bike riding). its not the test cause i've used it before and I had no problem with the tren for 4 weeks. It was when I started using Nolvi that I got the symptoms. Ill go see the heart doctor today, but like I said my labs all came back clean and my cholesterol is low. I have never had HBP either. Thanks again for all the input.

Hey bro it's never been documented that Nolva has these side effect; I would suspect that it's the tren causing that (Cough, rapid heart beats) are signs of tren. Try stopping the tren and see if that makes a difference.

By the way your not supposed to use nolva with tren; It amplifies the effects of progesterone induced gyno. I would highly recommend you use letrozole instead.

The only side effects i found are listed here:

dammit bro, if my calculations are correct, i think your max heart rate is about 184BPM (220BPM - AGE) ... I'm really not sure how you haven't had a heart attack or some type of cardiac arrest by now. be careful

Could you imagine how much clen you would be taking if they labeled a bottle of clen to say Nolva by mistake? Egads. Something to consider with that heart rate. Best of luck.

never had any nolva sides that I am aware of. But I have never really had to take it since I a not prone to gyno.
