As of late I have hit a tuna wall, if you will. A few weeks ago I stumbled across these delicious little treats, and discovered a way to breath new life into a tired old protein source.
Mix Two cans of tuna with two egg whites and two tablespoons of whole wheat flour, mix well and form into burger patties. Throw these bad boys on the foreman for a couple of minutes and you have a clean, easily packable, almost pure protein meal. Two cans of tuna makes about three good size patties with 21 grams of protein each.
