Shoulders & Tri's

5X5 workout but since I only completed 3 full reps on the standing military I made it a 5X3. Triceps were a 5X5.

Standing Military Presses 200 X 3 Reps 5 Sets
Seated Side Lateral Raises 25 X 10 Reps 2 Sets
Reverse Pec Deck 135 X 10 Reps 2 Sets

Close Grip Bench Press 275 X 5 Reps 5 Sets
Rope Extension 50 X 10 Reps 2 Sets


Running time was 45 minutes. I started the military press in a clean and press motion. After the first rep I began counting. I really performed 4 reps instead of 3 but I am tricking my body and mind by doing it this way. Everything else was standard and i had more strength. I wanted to do more but I know I have to wait until next week. :D
 
Pussy. :) Just kidding... it's pretty impressive, considering I don't think I could do hardly any weight standing military press... unless I was leaning backward and doing a modified standing incline. :) LOL

God Dammit, how am I gonna catch up to you if keep this crap up;) . I am atually gonna try my shoulder/tri workout tomorrow, we'll see what I get. Looks good on the numbers....
