Whenever I do any type of shoulder press (ie. dumbells, arnolds, military) I have major clicking in my shoulders. It isn't really painful, but very uncomfortable and makes me wary of doing any of these types of movements. I am just doing lat raises, upright rows, push ups, any other movements that allow my arms to not go higher than my soulder. Will this heavily effect my training?? Anyone else experience this "clicking" and if so what do you use or do to ease it??? thanks!!
