Have been using the Shoulder Horn along with cables to strengthen my rotator cuf muscles for a few years now. However the other day in the gym I was told I was doing the excercise with the Shoulder Horn wrong.
My technique: starting with D.B.'s in hand, my forearms are perpendicular to the ground (towards the ground). Rotation of the arms so that my hands are pointing straight up. Reverse. 180' (or there abouts) of motion.
I was "informed" that the motion should be from parallel to the ground to straight up (only 90').
I tried doing some searches detailing technique but came up empty handed - anyone have a link or personal experience?
