Should we avoid flaxseeds because of its photoesterogens?

Many people here avoid soya protein because of its photesterogens?

In fact, I found out that flaxseeds have the highest concentration of photoesterogens? I have been concerning about 50 grams per day. Should I be concerned?

I also do flaxseed oil everday.
Maybe ask Nelson Montana???
He knows the answers to these type of questions a lot of the time.
Nelson also mentioned flaxseed oil in one of his ebooks.

Good question.

I've posted on this before. Flax is highly estrogenic. Will it cause gyno? Not likely. But still.

Hi Nelson, I'm not taking any gear, nor intend to do - does this make the estrogenic nature of flax worse or better?

Is the oil as bad as the seeds?
