I didn't start taking 4-ad till the 3rd of week of my 6 week cycle.
1st week = 3 pills a day from 1-AD
2nd week = 4 pills a day from 1-AD
3rd week = 5 pills a day from 1-AD, 1 pill of 4-ad
4th week = 6 pills a day from 1-AD, 1-pill of 4-ad
5th week = 4 pills a day from 1-ad, 2 pills of 4-ad
6th week = 2 pills a day from 1-AD, 2 pills of 4-ad
That was my cycle, I had an awesome results. I am currently on Mag-10 and seeing which one works best for me, so far I have not seen much of anything from MAG-10. I have a gained a total of 1lb from this, and I kept myself in the same workout routine as when I was on 1-AD. I am taking and eating the same amount of protein.
I got on more week and I will post my results and see if MAG-10 is worth the money or not, so far NO!!!! But things take time. I would suggest take the 1-ad and 4-ad, I started late on the 4-ad but I saw results even before taking it, i brought the 4-ad in because people said it would give me extra boost, they were right.
