No. Don't renew it. I had a subscription and did not renew it. I learned more on EF than I did reading Shape. While the magazine has some interesting receipes, I can get receipes on foodnetwork.com. It doesn't address my needs with regard to the my new fitness lifestyle and goals (mrsjnuts, sassy, and the other girls - I love your avis. you are my inspiration!!)
LOL at you guys -- my post was pretty much rhetorical as I think Shape is silly. I got my 2nd to last issue yesterday with a big notice on it saying "This is your next to last issue!!!!!" like the world is ending or something....
My whole post was more or less just a goofy post....
I only get mags like m&f, m&f hers, shape or flex occasionally just for a bit of extra motivation or for new ideas.generally I find the magazines a bit repetitive in their content & ads take up too much space to justify a regular subscription.
I know you won't renew it, but my fav mags are Oxygen (and that isn't just because I am in it periodically, lol), M&F HERS, and Fitness Rx. The others are crap.

I love muscle mags...especially M&F, but purely for the bus or bathroom reading. It's quick and easy, I can pick it up at any page and not be lost, and often it gives me recipe ideas....plus...the exercise cut-out's from M&F are very handy. I am taking athletic therapy at University, and I find that patients really respond to them.
