Well, unfortunatelly I don't have a track of my gains because I started like 6 years ago. At that time, there was no info about PE at all. Now on these days you find these info for free. But from my experience from years, I can tell IT WORKS. I haven't trained the whole 6 years. I've stopped for example 6 months and then resumed, then trained 6 months and stopped again. But I've been making progress. I've trained my PC muscle also and my erections are rock hard. I can shoot very far as well. My PC is so developed that now I'm able to hold my ejaculation; also, I'm able to isolate the part of the muscle that control your o-ring and the one that control your urethra.
