Hi guys, im 22 years old
-5'10'' tall
-15% BF
-185 lbs
Been working out since 4 years im coming back in the gym after 2 months had my shoulder joint injured.
Here is my cycle :
Week 1-6
-500mg test prop every week.
-750mg equipoise every week.
-i might add some clenbuterol just for the last 2 week
Bcaa, protein, pre work out, glutamine ...etc.
My goal is to lower my BF While getting some hard muscle gain before christmas.
MY DIET will be high in protein and low fat low carbs because my metabolism is very slow. Ill cardio 4-5 days a week.
Guys give me your opinion if its going to work!
