We both natural :P Im kidding!!!
My boyfriend is a genetic freak so he can eat a pizza before bedtime and he wake up even more ripped! My BF like equipoise and sustenon. He doesnt have problems with water retention, he never did a cutting cycle and I dont think he knows what a cutting cycle is! He just do cycles and eat. He doesnt have descipline like taking a PW shake right after the workout is done or taking whey before bedtime etc. But Im completely different! I dont have his genetic!
Im very desciplinate, I've been using fina and test prop to get cut, morning cardio and thats its! Seems easy but its NOT!

Xiodus, u asked me how do I stay ripped during a bulking cycle? To be honest, I only did 2 bulking cycles and I eat VERY clean sometimes TOO clean and I end up not bulking the right way so I think if I really do a bulking cycle I could get bigger but more fat and thats the problem, Im always affraid that if I get fat I cant go back to the way I look before. My summer time is different from u guys summer. Our summer its from November till March and in US and Europe its from late March till beggining of september. So when Im bulking u guys are cutting :)
Xiodus: Hemos are Anadrol aka A50 aka Abombs. Never used but my brother loves it!
Speedy7: I dont like to workout legs but I have good legs so if I start to workout them they get big and Im not tall so looks weird when I workout legs. I posted some pics of me in Minneapolis in the snow and at that time I was working out legs with a friend that insist to workout legs.

After I was done with mu bulk cycle I switched for a month to a diet with low carbs, high protein and high fat. I dont like very low carb diets, doesnt work for me, I feel dizzy, tired etc. I've tried very low carb diet before and after few weeks I had to stop so I didnt follow the diet for 2 days and give it up! I really tried and now I can say that doesnt work for me. The lowest I can go is 150/200gr including PW shake. I did a refeed/carb up day every 10 days. The more cut you are more often u can refeed/carb up. After a month on a low carb diet I switched to a moderate carb, moderate protein, low fat and Im still doing it. Im also doing morning cardio 3x a week(40min) mid intensity. I dont know if u ever heard of HIT training but thats the method of training I do.
I workout 3x per week but never in the same day that I do cardio.
Everything I know, I learn here and in other message boards. Lots of trying and errors but now I know what its works for me. I did few different diets and different style of training. Hope that helps

yes
Thats how I divide my workouts: chest, shoulders and triceps / legs, back and biceps. I always switch my training methods every 4 months
 
Shinobi you are shredded bro! I want to try to get that lean this summer...Please tell me you had to diet hard for those pics otherwise I would be very jealous:mad:
