The treadmill that we have owned for the last five years is finished. She was a good old girl, she hung in there through the O.L.'s morning cardio and my evening session. Mile after mile, hour after hour she worked with us to keep the fat off. My daughter even used it through the summer while off from school.
Now I have to get another. Maybe Satan Clause will bring me one for the Yule Tide Season. Anyway, I hate having to replace a good piece of equipment. Good-bye old friend.
