Sharing my recepie for hi protein Low carb meal.

I have ton of these. Try this.


Take one can of White Chunk Tuna. Rinse it under water till most of the smell is gone. Now prep a pan with pam cooking spray and let it heat up. Add the tuna to the hot pan. fry this for about 5 minutes stirring until it turns dark brown from the frying. Next sprinkle some salt, pepper and squeeze half a lemon on the pan. Continue cooking for a minute and add 2-4 egg whites. As soon as the egg whites are done, YOU are done.


serve with 1 slice of hemp bread and 1tbl spoon or mustard or ketchup. Enjoy.

Prep time: 10 minutes.

Fat: under 5 grams.


You can add olive oil if you wist. There, quick and easy.
