If she's tense it's gonna hurt pretty badly. Once you get the head in and she's in pain, just stay still, don't pull out, don't go in any farther. It may take her a good minute to start to relax but if she can just hold on for that minute, the pain will let up and you can slide in a bit more till she tells you to stop. You might have to start and stop a few times before you're all the way in. Then when you start to fuck her ass, go very slowly and no matter what you think, you can't use too much lube.
