Shady Experience At Post Office Just Now

O.k. First things first, sorry MODS for mentioning source on here yesterday! Won't happen again! I re-read the rules!!


So I just picked up my package at the post office, and the lady behind register was acting weird with my package..

1. She said, "you must know the drill, huh?"
2. I had to print my name, sign it, and enter my address in the electronic box.
3. Also said "declaration" on package. Seemed like it went through customs.

Should I be worried?
 
if you're home already with the package i'd say you're good they honestly don't know exactly what's in it unless it's been opened
 
Funny how she said "you must know the drill", when i got some from my uncle she gave me a weird look. But then again - if it has been cleared by customs then it should b ok and n need for them to go crazy about it.

Maybe a little paranoia on your side?! :)
 
I would not take any chances ! Take your gear somewhere else for right now! They normally do a controlled delivery if they are onto you however, again assume nothing and take no chances

And usually when a package has been opened by customs, at least here in Canada, they reclose it with tape that states customs opened it or some crap like that, I forget. It was red tape, think it said customs on it.

If she was acting weird with your package maybe she opened it. ;)
Or maybe you came in sweating with shaky hands and fumbling your words.. :D :D
 
Guys do you all know how many packages with medicines go every day through customs???? hundreds and hundreds of thousands....of hundreds of different types of medications. Do they have the resources to go after a dude who buy some shit online for himself? no. No time and money for it. Unless they were trying to catch a big fish inside the country, which is not the case.
 
maybe you are a big juicy man and she wanted a piece of you ? Don't open the package for 3 days, if no one comes then open
 
The only problem I have ever had with the post office is theft. I will not do business with the office in my home town. I will drive to a big city. The postal workers in my city have stolen my mail-order prescriptions(viagra) and every time I have sent cash reguardless of precautions. I even proved it by registered and tracking that my cards never left the post office, but you are not supposed to do it so you are screwed. Crack--whore bitch.
 
This is newb paranoia, nothing more.

It would be HIGHLY unlikely customs would do anything other than confiscate your shit and send you a letter for personal amounts of gear. Consider the paper work, manpower and cost. You're a small fry.

As for the local post office they would likely have done a controlled delivery to your house or busted you right after you signed and that's if it was mailed in country. You have nothing to worry about.

I know when I got my first customs letter I was paranoid as hell, but seriously do you honestly think they would bother over 50 or 100amps?

I'm not saying don't be safety conscious, but just think logically about it for a sec.

Also there is no way in hell anyone would get raided for some fucking t3 and hcg unless you were talking big time supplier amounts.

If you are absolutely concerned with safety and are a little paranoid you would be better off buying domestic and that's all I'm gonna say about that.
 
IMO customs is more concerned with shipping containers entering the country than parcels. They break the seal on a good percentage of incoming containers. Then they open up one item in the container to make sure the item is really whatever it says and not narcotics or terrorist supplies. Personally I've ordered from overseas via ebay for years and I haven't had any packages opened by customs. They put customs tape back over whatever they rip open.

I don't know if they have xray scanners for parcels, but if they do they don't look at very many or are pretty bad at spotting things that shouldn't be entering the country. In any case, they're ineffective.
 
Yeah man she probably just assumed that you "knew the drill" as in "you know how to recieve a package cause it isnt fucking hard"!! haha ;)

For real though, its just paranoia. The lady at the post office doesnt know whats in your package. If someone involved with law enforcement did, they would have waited for you to take reciept of the item, popped you with it, and gone on to the next one. They arent gonna have the SWAT team at your door over some gear... they would either do a controlled delivery with a UC posing as a parcel carrier, or they would have arrested you the second the package was in your hand. It doesnt matter if its been opened, if you are in possession and it is addressed to you you WILL be charged. A good lawyer can get you off, or they might not, but all of this would have happened immediately....

unless there is something you arent telling us.

If she said "you know the drill" because you are getting a 12lb box of test powder every week and she see's you all the time, then maybe they let you go because they are waiting on a big shipment to come through... but that would require a confidential informant or other leak as to the details of your operation... if some random ass dog or inspector caught it, your gonna get busted the first chance they get. Period.

So it sounds like your good to go man!

TBH,I would say your phone is bugged and there's a SWAT team circling overhead in an apache helicopter with a tomahawk missile thats got your name on....just in case you run when they bust down the door. ;)
 
Just depends how much you order. I've had my door kicked in.. When they realized I'm not a dealer they just took my sh*t and said sorry about the door. 5k order by the way.

I see nothing thats unusual or suspect to me.
I think you mey be a tad bit paranoid,,which is
normal for some too;)
