Yeah I have seen that before and it is very scary...showed one in my subdivision actually. Come to find out that is was someone that was dating a minor but he was only like 2 years older than her..per the parents of the daughter I am sure. That freaking sucks! Now he is gonna be tagged as a sex offender for a very long time.

You do have a point there and I know the system is getting abused by smart lawyers and parents but when I look at some of those older people I just don't want them near any of the kids in my nieghborhood.

oh yeah some pretty scary fellows on there!! I don't want them no where near my subdivision...there are always kids playing outside. But they really need to do something in those few cases like I mentioned in previous post.

Now you know why I think it is an important site. There is a big differnce between knowing they are somewhere in your town and them being next door.

Makes you sick doesn't it...until I found out the truth on mine, I really wanted to go over there and do something bad myself. Haunted me to think that some sicko like that was eyeballing the neighborhood that my child plays in!!
I know they are everywhere, walmart, movies, etc. but our neighborhoods is where the kids are suppose to feel free to play in their own yards

You don't want to get all macho on his ass cause he knows the police will back him if you do that. Make everything you do within the law...

police would back him... it's a sad country we live in.

i think they should have a sign posted in their front yard, instead of people having to scour the web to find out this sort of information.

I have a big problem with the blanket "sex offender" statement.

I only want to know about repeat offenders and offenders involving violence. Some 18 y/o that was dating a 17 y/o in HS and the girl's parents didn't like him is just pure bullshit.
