Avant only has it in one of their topicals along with a boatload of other stuff so they arent a great source for it., As far as I know Instynct is either carrying it now, or will be soon but I havent been over to Animal's board in a long time.

my interest is strictly from a cardiovascular-protective perspective. i think sesamin + nattokinase would be amazing.

I originally wanted it for fat loss but since my DNP incident has left with me with what seems like long-lasting heart problems it has certianly perked my interest as well.

Apparently one can freeze seasame oil and the resulting crystals are sesamin but that doesnt seem very applicable given dosing guidlines, purity, etc.

That study you posted just makes me want it even worse now!

Thanks for the offer of taking it offline but I mentioned it in the DNP ICU thread so I'll mention it here.

The epinepherine given to me to alleviate the DNP allergy swelling caused what they termed a heart attack (apparently 1 in every 9 will react this way to epinepherine) and was later diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.

Sucks but at least there are treatment options.

I have tried SesaThin and I honestly think it is a great product. 3 servings a day @ 500mg sesamin per dose. There has been a TON of feedback on this

4) any side effects?
5) So why exactly (if you know) does this work at fat burning yet others like thermo, lipo, etc. do not?

Worth a shot? I always consume about 15-30g of fishoils a day. I wonder if this product is a worthy addition.

as far as sesamin goes it looks interesting but with the oil rancidity seems to be an issue.

oil is cheaper to make, powder is more expensive but more stable and purer.

There isn't alot of research on this type of oil, hence, the reason I called people out to comment on it. Instead of trying to argue about nothing, why don't you do something contructive and round up people you know who've used it and ask them to post?
