Serious Question to all you experts about the use and steriods and the effects on the female body.

I have read that steriod use can do many things to the female body that are not exactly things a woman might want. Such as enlargement of clitoris, unwanted body and facial hair, deepening of the voice etc...

Can anyone tell me if a woman were to use steriods for a long peroid of time and had these side effects occur, is it reversable once she stops using them? How long will it take for the body to go back to a normal female state?

I have heard that once a woman stops she eventually goes back to normal, however I can't imagine something like body hair would just go away.

The things you're talking about, are male secondary sexual characteristics .. Changes in the shape/size of e.g. the jaw, vocal cords and clitoris are irreversible without surgery. Look at men who got surgery and hormone treatment to become women. They still look 'square' and have low voices. I think the extra facial hair etc. will go away eventually after the hormones are gone, but that's the least of worries if you ask me.... So please be careful with AS (both which kind you take and how much of it/how long) as a woman. Also be careful with fake AS, it might be some stuff that has even stronger masculinizing effects than the AS you planned to take.

The muscle gains and fat loss are the only things that change back once you come off. All the cosmetic sides including the hair are permanent to a large degree. For some they are worse, for others some regression, but if you plan on using AAS, assume the sides are there to stay, then you won't be unhappy once you stop using the AAS.

Since when was clitoral enlargement undesired? It has meant men no longer have anytrouble finding it and my sensitivity/enjoyent is enhanced.

That's about the only side that's undesired to begin with, then desired once it is done, unless it turns into a 6 cm monster.
