I’m hearing about a lot of these weight loss peptides and drugs being put out there.
Many of them have less side effects than semaglutide and have less risks.
Is semaglutide still a good option if I were to do .5mg once a week?
Or should I look at doing something else?

Retatrutide is a much better option than Semaglutide. Way better for fat loss. Even tirzepatide is better than Sema for fat loss.
Retatrutide at 1mg/wk works very well.
