Introduction.
I am a 25 year old 274.3lb, 6 foot one adrenaline junkie. I wrestled through school and am an "expert" in cutting weight, even though I hate everything about it. I am also a prior Marine and got out in 2011. I have always been on the heavy side of the charts but also a PT stud. When it comes to endurance I would say that a normal 3 mile run would put me at 19-20minutes when I was 235lbs. At that weight I would average 17 pull ups. All that said the last time I actually cut weight for real was in 2010 where to prove a point I dropped 36lbs in 4 days. Ive heard it a million times over that cutting weight like that is unhealthy, well so is getting blown up and drinking booze so I just shrug it off. Now to the present...I am friggin fat. Actually the heaviest I have been ever. When I got out of the Marine Corps I did not even think about working out for at least a year. An accurate statement would be that I gained 50lbs of lethargic laziness in a year and a half. I can still pump out maybe 12 pull ups and do sit ups for days so I know there is still some nonfatA$$ underneath it all. My run time is shot but I also have only had a brief 2 month stint in the gym where I just couldn't get back into it. I was getting into good cardio shape towards the end of 2012 until I got in a pretty gnarly motocross accident breaking my femur, shoulder and a bunch of ribs. And recently I got back in the gym only to break my wrist rollerblading (go figure). All healed and now game on.

This will be less long winded as it is not in full swing. I have been stalking these forums on and off for a month or so and just made this account a few days ago. Asking noobish questions here and there. I have decided to actually use my first SARM. Now I have used other crap in my life but was very unknowledgable and just ate or pinned :/ because someone said so. I was much younger and never did anything for any extended period of time maybe 4 days. I just started what I believe to be a clean diet and pretty much stole it from somewhere on the internet and modded what I had to. I work overnights from 10pm-6am which is interesting to say the least. However I have a pretty awesome job where I can do whatever I want for about 6.5 hours every day, be it go to the gym or sit on my ass and post a thread on Elitefitness.com. My GW 501516 from Sarms1 is ordered and shipped so that should be here pretty soon. I plan on doing 1 hour sessions to start where 30 minutes will be dedicated to cardio and 30 minutes dedicated to light weight high rep dumbbell and machine work outs. Overtime or after some suggestions I will change my routine up to a more muscle group oriented work out leg day arm day back day and the like. When I was 18 I was able to put up 315 3x but I don't really care about my max anymore. Maybe soon. I am using 75% whey isolate 25% casine and peanut butter powder for my shakes. Besides a gnc propack I will be taking nothing else. I wonder if the 200mg of caffeine will have an adverse affect with the GW. Hopefully not.

Goal.
I do not have a specific weight goal just as long as my non steroid use bitch tits disappear and my abs show again. I want my cuts back damn it. I would guess that when I am in optimal shape I would be around 215 but I am unsure. Last time I was at 215 I was around 10% BF.

Issues.
I read a lot about running test booster and all of it's postive results. I am very wary of this as I already produce way too much testosterone and get terrible testosterone/cluster headaches because of it. GW 501516 causes cancer..I read that a few times and everyone always get stuck up on it. I also read that it says that the rats that showed cancer were under the affects of GW at an undetermined long term length of time. I plan on using it for 2 months and I could give a damn about this warning given that "THEY" say everything causes cancer cigarettes, bbq food, cell phones...I dont plan on not eating my steak on the grill anytime soon. I worry about losing my motivation or something happening to mess up my routine..more so the latter.

Chime in. I am new to all this SARM ROID talk and am open to constructive criticism however if you feel the need to troll and just be a d. Trust me my d is much bigger. Especially my epeen. I will keep this log updated as much as possible and post pictures. Hopefully this log helps someone looking into using GW but is still skeptical. I do have a background in killing sh%t at the gym but I am not in any kind of shape currently. Just the round shape.

I hope this log keeps me honest and motivated. I look forward to meeting a few of you on this 1st 8 week journey. Alarm just went off on my phone. GYM TIME.

Week 1 Day 1

200 some sit ups of various kinds no rest
100 push ups 25x4
10min treadmill 1 mile 190-200 Heart rate (terrible)
10min elliptical .7 mile 180HR (I have never used an elliptical ever. I felt like an idiot.)
10min bike 2.8mile 180HR (level 17-20)

Misc high rep dumbbells 15 to 10 (moved to machine, wrist pain still during certain exercises)
Tricep work outs on pull down machine ( any pulling kills my wrist )

Note: I am quite out of shape and am taking it easy on my right wrist for now. Must find different upper body workouts that don't tweak it the wrong way. I am technically 80% disabled but not using that as a crutch. I have psychotropic tremors when i exert any muscle. My joints and back are also pretty bad. Anything to help with joint strength guys? I don't even want to know how my body is going to feel when I am 40.

According to usps I should be waking up to Mr. GW. I will also post my calorie intake for the day prior since I am not done eating when I post up at work. I plan on doing 5mg in the am and pm for 3 days or so in order to nullify what I can of the increased heart rate I've read about. I hate feeling like I'm about to twitch out and die. I will then be going to 10mg per dose 2x daily. And shout out to sarms1 idk if they just hooked up the 2day shipping or if that is normal but I wasn't expecting this so soon. Amped. I need to remind myself to go buy some honey so I can make these protein bars like Rachel ray. Until late tonight.. Kill it

The main building blocks of joint tissue, ligaments, tendons and arteries is collagen.

The main building blocks of collagen is L-lysine and L-proline (some chrondroiten wouldnt hurt either).

The real key however is large doses of vitamin C (in the form of ascorbic acid) because its essential in the creation and gets used up when building collagen. The problem with vit C is its short half life and poor absorb-ability so it should be taken throughout the day.

6g vit C daily
6g L-lysine daily
1-3g proline daily

I was unaware that this GW was pink,thick and lumpy. I felt like I took a shot of 151 under the tongue..good lord. I just ordered syringes since the one I bought is too big and the eyedropper is not labeled. They should be here tomorrow or the next day.

Note: Driving to work at 835pm about 30 minutes after my dose I experienced visual stimulation where every car behind me felt like their high beams were on. This lasted the entire hour ride to work. Similar to your eyes being dilated I didn't look to see if mine actually were. This was with 5mg. Normal? If that is the only side I'm all about it ha.

Morning weigh in 271.4 (I drift a lot during sleep)
5mg GW taken after.

10 min treadmill 1 mile - HR 200+
20 min bike (fat burner mode) - AHR 165
Shoulder, Back, Chest, Tri's - Slow High Rep (10 second cooldown)
8 minutes of abs

In regards to supplementing my joint health. Any links or suggestions on where to get higher concentrated pills? I have attached a picture of the nutes inside a certain joint health supplement which has lysin proline and vitamin c.. however getting to the levels listed that would be 36 pills a day just for joints..is this normal?

Anyway ya slice it, it ends up being a lot of pills but remember you want to spread your intake throughout the day.

That being said NOW brand make 1g ascorbic acid (like $15 for 250 count) 1g lysine (100 count $8) and proline 500mg (120 count $9).

You really want to avoid the all in one stuff because it often has added extras which is fine if your taking recommended dose of saif product. But the extras become too much if your trying to get ample amounts of vit C for example.

Also you want to make sure your vit C is all ascorbic acid. If its from calcium ascorbate for example and your taking 6g a day you will overload on calcium which is a bad thing.
 
Thanks for that. Way cheaper than I was expected. I got the powder to throw in the 3 shakes I have throughout the day. 2g per Shake spaced out between meals and before bed. This sound good? I'll just add the proline to the pills I take in the am. 60 some odd bucks for 2 months worth isn't bad at all.
