Screw it - I'm going for fatloss - Gironda Routine or Split?

Abs have eluded me for 4 years now, or maybe I have yet to man up and stick to clean low carb eating.....

Anyways, Like Nelson Montana and the old teachings of Vince Gironda, I believe in lower intensity, high set training more often during the week rather than aerobics.

Most important is that I train clean, am 6' 193, about 12% body fat - ALL IN MY STOMACH - it's weird, I'm cut everywhere else except for my stomach.

Question: How would you guys train? Gironda used to put his trainees on a full body workout 2-8 sets per exercises 4-6 times per week (low intensity) and cut starches, upping protein and liver tabs.

Nelson Montana also suggests more "circuit training" in his truth book (great read by the way) for fat loss with no muscle loss, maybe even growth.

getting lean is all about burning more calories than you take in. if you cant stick clean enough to your diet, then add in cardio, and try to watch what you eat. training doesnt make you lean. diet and cardio does.

big X is 100% hit it on the head....ya just eat a perfect clean diet and do your cardio
