Well, I told my Dad to pick me up some creatine on his way home from work, just wanted straight powder, but he bought this Scitech Creatine Express http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sci/creax.html

Go there if you'd like the nutritional info. Anyway, I'm doing the body for life type of thing now just for a change, and because my friends got great results off of it. What i'm wondering is how bad all this dextrose in the creatine will mess up my diet. Creatine seems to be a double edged sword. I feel like I'm not doing my diet any good by taking in 300 calories worth of sugar however many times per day....

Bodyfor life works for the average joe. But there are much better and efficient ways to cut. To lose fat it works, but to cut you want something a bit more cutting edge. Even they admit it (musclemedia.com).
I definetely would get some normal creatine man. 300cals spread throughout the day is not worth the other foods youre gonna have to avoid eating because of those sugar cals. Not recommended. Maybe ONCE a day man, but more than that is already two meals missed at least because of the sugar. 600cals = two meals for me.

well thats whay i said creatine is like a double edged sword, because to get it to work, you need to shuttle it on in the cells with all the dextrose, and the recommended allotment of the dextrose is pretty much the amount that this stuff has in it per serving. It's such a pain to drink a big 17 oz glass of creatine/water then down a protein shake post workout...Ugh.
