Saw some people freaking out in NYC

I am not sure if it was because of the snow or what. The lift for the cars broke and the two cars above crashed through. The cars were crushed and these people were flipping out. This one Italian or hispanic chick wouldn't shut up and this other black dude was about to fight the guy working there. Melohh was getting scared to be around these erratic people. But my car was fine and we left pretty soon. Legally what can be done in that situation?
The club I was at was also close to the hip-hop club named Quo. The people outside of that place were scary. As we walked into the parking lot to get to the car there were guys yelling in the street, "Let's get arrested, lets go to Rikers!"
Drunk people were just stumbling around everywhere like it was a bad movie. I see some really crazy shit in NYC all the time. Never ceases to amaze me though..
