Saw Palmetto for women?

Men takes this one for anti estrogenics reasons, after a cycle!!
Is it good for women too? I would love the anti estrogen thing!!
I thought that could probably lower body fat and build more muscle!!
Any clue?

Saw Palmetto is NOT an anti-estrogen. It may in its pure form and in high enough doses act as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor in the prostate to prevent the conversion of test to DHT, chances are it will have no effect in women as we discussed with proscar which is far more potent as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor than SP.

and.....I think this whole anti-estrogen is overblown unless you're estrogen levels are running higher than early/mid-follicular phase levels.
